Downloading Electronic Remittance Advice. Notice that the Explanation of Payment/Remittance Advice (EOP/RA) is provided as a PDF document to the insured or health plan beneficiary, and the Explanation of Payment/Remittance Advice cannot be changed once it has been received by the beneficiary. The Explanation of Payment/Remittance Advice can be provided in a variety of formats, including HTML, plain text, and Applets. If the Explanation of Payment/Remittance Advice contains electronic information, the beneficiary must be provided an opportunity to view, print, download, or transmit that electronic information in a format that is viewable and printable without the use of specialized equipment.
If the Explanation of Payment/Remittance Advice indicates that additional information will be requested to properly process the claim, or if the Explanation of Payment/Remittance Advice indicates that the claim has been denied, the Explanation of Payment/Remittance Advice and all supporting documentation must be returned to Health Net.
“Collecting and Using Protected Health Information” means any activity that is engaged in by the business associate to collect, provide, or otherwise use health information, including its transmission, handling, and storage and any services performed in relation to such information.
Claims that were not paid within 30 days, whether due to incorrect billing or duplicate payments, are subject to interest. Claims with a balance due of more than $1.50 may be subject to a $5 late payment fee.

Refunds and reversals are based on the basis of the reason that the claim was denied. Claims are not automatically accepted if there was a known claim error, and are subject to a conditional approval for claims which are subsequently accepted by Health Net.
I am running a PC with Windows 7 and Adobe Photoshop CS6. I am wondering how to end the trial period and convert to a full copy of Photoshop CS6. I tried closing down Photoshop, which produced a message telling me to return the disk. I did that, but the same message returned. How can I end this?
Hi Dave,I was able to get my English Indesign CS6 to switch to German. But there is one Problem. The moment I startet Indesign there is the error message that my trial version ends soon altough I bougt a regular Version with correct serial number by an adobe seller. Can anybody help me? 827ec27edc
